Description:

1. The fiber opening machine is mainly used for opening conjugated hollow silicon polyester fiber that short than 100mm length.

2. Automatic raw material feeding conveyer sends the material into the rollers automatically that assures the operators safety

3. The developed rollers that assembled with metallic self-lock V model wire that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% to 100% and not be damaged.

4. High opening capacity that can be 150kg to 450kg per hour according to different machine model and the material

5. It can be handled by only one operator with simple operation

7. The main structure is made by computerized laser cutting machine which is very stable quality to the machine.
